NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Robert Alleyne-Underwood, 19, of Lake Street in Nashua on two felony riot charges. He was accused of assembling with two or more people to conduct violence, damage vehicles, and to a building on Aug. 16, 2023, in Nashua.
Jose Almanzar, 28, of Clocktower Place in Nashua on a felony riot charge. He was accused of causing public alarm and a fight with two or more others, which led to two men being shot on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua.

Scott Ashness, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua on identity fraud, forgery, and theft by deception charges, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining money from the Enterprise Bank account of another person by uttering a fraudulent check for $4,640 on Oct. 18, 2023, in Nashua.
Berling Ogando Cepeda, 21, of Olive Avenue in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He was accused of retaining more than $1,500 from a Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union by a stolen check on July 21, 2023, in Nashua.

Alex Ortiz, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony falsifying physical evidence charge. He was accused of hiding a katana sword in the basement of a home to impair a police investigation on Nov. 11, 2023, in Nashua.
Jeremy Ouellette, 27, of Delta Drive in Nashua on five felony nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images charges. He was accused of sharing naked photos of a woman on Twitter in an effort to harass her between May 1 and June 15, 2023, in Nashua.
Benjamin Paquette, 34, of Bartley Hill Road in Londonderry on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Oct. 14, 2023, in Merrimack.
Howard Prak, 39, of Rhode Island Avenue in Nashua on a felony criminal restraint charge. He was accused of restraining a woman inside his car after assaulting her on Jan. 29, 2022, in Nashua.
Andres Resto, 21, of Gorham Street in Lowell, MA, on forgery and theft by deception charges, both felonies. He was accused of uttering a check for $2,113 on the St. Mary’s Bank account of Millyard Cabinetry Inc. in Nashua on Sept. 13, 2023.
Jarrod Rossi, 43, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of exercising control over more than $1,500 from a Bellweather Credit Union account owned by another between Nov. 2 and Dec. 9, 2022, in Nashua.
