The Miller Gardens is an outdoor venue described as a “hidden gem with an enchanted garden.” A spokesperson for the venue said the Halloween-themed wedding, which took place in late October, was “unique, indeed. “
The couple leaned into the black-and-white with touches of deep red theme, with many Halloween accents for good measure. The bride walked down the aisle through fog machine mist to a classical rendition of “The Adams Family Theme Song.”
She carried a black-and-white bouquet and the pair even jumped over a witch’s broom immediately following the ceremony.
She said on Instagram that her siblings came to the Halloween wedding. Out of privacy concerns, no family photos were shared with the public.
The pair honeymooned in Hawaii, which she shared in multiple stories over TikTok.
She is also celebrating the recent release of her book, “Where Was God,” which details the story of her and her siblings’ experiences and escape from the Turpin “House of Horrors” seven years ago.
Her sister, Jordan Turpin, told People Magazine in a July 2022 interview that all of the Turpin siblings remain close. “We all look out for each other. We all have this super big bond,” she said. “After everything that happened, I’m so protective over each one. Nothing could ever break our bond. I always try and stay strong and positive for them.”
While many fans and followers reached out to Jennifer Turpin, offering congratulations, they also asked about her siblings, to which she replied, ” They are doing great.”
The family maintains their privacy even as they share their story, hoping similar circumstances will never happen again.
“I will be keeping my name,” she said on Instagram. I am so blessed to have found the most amazing guy. He is everything I’ve wanted plus more.”
Jennifer Turpin’s book “Where Was God?” is available for purchase or download on Amazon.com.
